Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation seeks a Trust Operations Specialist 1 to perform daily client servicing and back-office processing in the Pittsburgh area. You will post transactions, create ledger entries and support various operational tasks to ensure accurate processing and reporting for clients.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work with internal partners on account setup, transfers, and regulatory projects. Prior banking exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of Retail Banking or Trust/Wealth experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Post Cash/Securities transactions and create General Ledger entries.
• Learn and perform various operational functions including balance, research, and account processing.
• Assist clients and internal partners with account setup, portal access and transfers.
• Provide daily support and assist with projects or regulatory exams.
• Generate reports and support special projects requiring system input.
