Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Trust Operations Specialist - Client Service to handle client inquiries across multiple investment products and channels. You will research complex issues, ensure compliance with KYC, GLBA, BSA, and ERISA requirements, and act as the face of the company on the frontlines of the customer service experience.

The role requires strong communication, ability to multi-task across 25 software applications, and familiarity with trust accounting and IRS guidelines.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding investments in private equity, real estate, private debt, and more.
• Research and analyze complex issues to resolve client inquiries.
• Adhere to trust regulations and security standards including KYC, GLBA, BSA, IRC and IRS regulations.
