SUMMARY:

Generates and posts maps from Trust Accounting System for equity and mutual fund dividends. Posts other checks and ACH receipts appropriately to Trust Accounting System.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Posts daily stock dividends within the trust accounting system.


• Posts Mutual fund dividend maps within the trust accounting system.


• Posts other various checks received.


• Processes Laughlin Loan payments.


• Monitors and posts incoming ACH items.


• Images and indexes items processed.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.


• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.


• Must be able to perform each essential duty accurately and in a timely manner.


• Ability to handle detailed work under pressure.
