Responsibilities

• Support Trust Administration operations for client accounts and oversee processes.
• Handle cash management tasks including journals, checks and wires.
• Prepare tax payments and related filings for accounts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in client account oversight activities.
• Reconcile and verify client activity; research historical data as needed.
• Coordinate investment advisory account implementation with teams.
• Lead projects for new business development and strategic planning.
• Act as liaison to PWM teams supporting the client base.
• Assist with onboarding new accounts and funding documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve GSTC business efficiencies.
