You will work with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors, handling trust documents, disbursements, and collaboration with investment and tax teams to deliver tailored trust services and preserve legacies.

Qualifications

• Experience in trust administration, estate planning, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of trust laws, regulations, and fiduciary best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail when handling multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a diverse portfolio of trust accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Oversee establishment and maintenance of trust agreements and documentation.
• Perform regular reviews of trust accounts to ensure fiduciary standards and client objectives.
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and advisors to understand provisions and needs.
• Review and approve disbursement requests with proper documentation and justification.
• Collaborate with investment, tax, and legal professionals to provide comprehensive service.
• Regularly report on trust activity to clients and internal stakeholders.
