First Federal Bank & Trust seeks an experienced leader to oversee its Trust Department in a role focused on fiduciary administration, investment services, and staff leadership. The ideal candidate will manage personal trusts, estates, guardianships, and retirement accounts while maintaining exemplary client relationships and adherence to fiduciary standards.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and coordination with attorneys and tax professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• CTFA or CFP and related credentials preferred.
• 2–5 years in fiduciary or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and management for the Trust Department.
• Develop and execute the department's strategic plan to achieve growth, profitability, client service, and operational objectives.
• Oversee fiduciary accounts including personal trusts, estates, fiduciary tax matters, and account administration.
• Coordinate fiduciary account administration with attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, beneficiaries, and co-trustees.
• Monitor fiduciary risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
