Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or Management with relevant experience.
• Strong writing/editing, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and updates proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for results-driven campaigns.
• Produces client and advisor communications including product updates and investment commentary.
• Supports institutional business development and CRM management; handles collateral requests and mailings.
• Plans internal/external events to promote Trust & Asset Management products and services.
• Maintains Trust Marketing Library on SharePoint; assists with strategic initiatives.
• Manages multiple projects with tight deadlines and coordinates with cross-functional teams.
