Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2030.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day trust administration activities, including document management, reporting, and data maintenance.
• Support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators with account administration and client service activities.
• Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of trust and financial documentation.
• Participate in projects from initiation through completion, including process documentation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide exceptional client service while assisting with client outreach and collection of required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure information is updated within applicable systems and databases.
• Adhere to risk and control standards while helping protect client information and assets.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners to support departmental priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
