Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2030.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day trust administration activities.
• Support Trust Officers and Trust Administrators with account administration and client service.
• Assist with preparation, review, and organization of trust and financial documentation.
• Participate in projects from initiation through completion, including process documentation and automation.
• Provide exceptional client service and assist with client outreach and documentation collection.
• Maintain accurate records and protect client information and assets.
