Job summary

KeyBank's Trust and Estate Analyst provides trust administration support for Key Private Bank clients and beneficiaries, following fiduciary responsibilities and policies to a high professional standard. The role collaborates with Specialty Teams and relationship management to attract, retain and grow client relationships while mitigating fiduciary risk.

Hybrid work arrangement at 4900 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn, OH; base salary range $52,000 to $80,000 annually plus potential incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (preferred).
• General knowledge of fiduciary, financial and/or investment products and services.
• OR equivalent experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Administer settlements for fiduciary and agency accounts, serving as primary contact when appropriate.
• Review and maintain client information on trust accounting and related vendor systems.
• Apply fiduciary judgement to trust matters.
• Develop relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and service providers to grow relationships.
• Mitigate risk by ensuring compliance with KeyBank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide back-up to other team members as needed.
