Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Trust Analyst II to join the Compliance Trust team. The role owns governance programs, policy management, and risk operations across governance, risk, and compliance for enterprise security and AI compliance programs.

Ideal candidates bring strong auditing mindset, attention to detail, and experience driving cross-functional governance with external auditors. You will collaborate with Legal and Security to ensure accurate risk judgments and remediation progress.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in cyber security, technology risk, GRC, and/or technical compliance roles.
• At least 2 years focused on ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience leading ISO 27001 certification cycles (start to finish).
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional teams and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and run governance committees (AI/Data/Security Governance) with agendas and actions.
• Own end-to-end policy program from drafting to stakeholder acknowledgment and Policy Center management.
• Maintain risk register, perform risk assessments, manage risk exceptions.
• Provide updates and roadmaps to senior management on controls, audits, and risk.
