Job summary

Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Trust Analyst II to join the Compliance Trust team, leading governance and policy management within a leading cybersecurity SaaS provider.

You will own the company's governance committees, drive policy creation and lifecycle, and oversee risk management, audits, and remediation across the organization. The ideal candidate will have security audit experience, strong project management, and an ability to communicate complex technology to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of cyber security, technology risk, GRC, and/or technical compliance roles, with at least 2 years focused on ISO 27001 implementation and maintenance
• Led at least one full ISO 27001 certification cycle from start to finish
• Proven project management experience with multiple compliance projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience owning or facilitating governance programs or committees (e.g., AI governance, data governance, security governance)
• Strong understanding of ISMS, control mapping, and continuous control monitoring
• Experience with external auditors and internal stakeholders
• Experience with audit automation and continuous control monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Lead governance programs and committees, set agendas, drive decisions
• Own policy program end to end, draft, revise, maintain policies, and manage Policy Center
• Manage risk operations including risk register, assessments, and risk exceptions
• Stay updated on regulatory developments and advise leadership on impact
• Ensure activities align with strategy and milestones are met
• Improve internal controls and provide leadership on design and operations
• Conduct compliance readiness assessments and report to management
• Educate process owners on controls, policies, and documentation
• Manage KRIs/KPIs and risk remediation with partners
• Identify gaps and drive remediation with internal teams
• Support ad-hoc projects and maintain clear communication
