Responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer and internal account inquiries with research.
• Communicate with clients and partners about account activity and fees.
• Prepare and organize account documentation and files.
• Process complex Trust transactions and distributions.
• Monitor accounts and flag overdrafts or large balances.
