Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in word processing, databases and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good organizational and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business preferred; 1 year Trust experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine customer and internal account inquiries with timely research.
• Communicates with clients and internal partners on account openings, closings, transfers, and fees.
• Maintains proper account documentation and files material promptly.
• Processes basic Trust transactions in a timely manner.
• May perform basic cash and asset distributions from account closings.
• Monitors accounts and flags overdrafts or large balances.
• Adheres to regulatory standards and internal policies.
• May assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
• Attends client meetings with Trust Officers.
