BCG Attorney Search seeks a Trust and Estate Administration Attorney in northeast Indiana to engage directly with clients. The role focuses on federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax matters.

The attorney will draft pleadings, meet with clients, review real estate and financial records, prepare accountings and tax returns, and assist with estate planning and related filings. Indiana bar licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate planning, real estate, corporate and non-profit helpful.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Responsibilities

• Draft court pleadings, proposed orders, and notices.
• Send and receive correspondence with clients.
• Meet with clients regularly.
• E-file pleadings and motions with the court.
• Review real estate, financial records, and tax returns related to decedent's assets.
• Prepare accountings and funding calculations.
• Advise clients on federal estate, gift, Generation-Skipping, and fiduciary income tax matters.
• Prepare gift and estate tax returns.
