Job summary

Clayton is seeking a Production Stacker to organize and prepare trusses and wall panels for outbound shipment. You will label products, operate stacker equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and health-conscious in a manufacturing setting.
• Team-oriented with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work outside for 8+ hours in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50–75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate truss/wall stacker lifts and equipment.
• Organize finished trusses/walls and label with job numbers.
• Identify quality issues at joints or with materials.
• Safely use hand and pneumatic tools (hammers, presses, saws, nail/staple guns).
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards established by the company.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform additional duties as assigned.
