Clayton is hiring a Production Stacker in Tennessee. Stackers organize trusses and wall panels, label finished products, and prepare items for outbound shipment following supervisor instructions and quality specs.

You'll operate stacker lifts, tie components with bander tools, spot quality issues, and maintain clean, safe work areas. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to work outside for extended periods in varying weather.
• Stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift 50–75 lbs.
• Attendance is essential to the role.

Responsibilities

• Operate truss/wall panel stacker lifts and equipment.
• Organize finished trusses/walls and label with job numbers.
• Detect quality issues such as misaligned joints or reinforcement.
• Safely use hammers, presses, saws, or pneumatic tools.
• Ensure proper labeling and material readiness for shipment.
• Follow safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Inform supervisor of shortages or defects.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
