Sunpro is hiring a Truss Laborer for a swing shift in Willard, UT. You will construct roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects, translating orders into quality products while adhering to safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong math/measurement skills, and the ability to work within a high-performance team. The role emphasizes reliability, initiative, and timely delivery of results.

Responsibilities

• Safely construct floor and roof trusses per customer specs and company procedures.
• Visualize, define, plan, and communicate project vision and values.
• Translate work orders and building instructions into quality finished trusses.
• Accurately cut angles in wood for trusses.
• Hammer gussets/plates onto trusses and operate associated equipment.
• Move, stack, and transport trusses to production areas; maintain clean workspace.
• Follow safety standards and company policies as outlined in the handbook.
• Perform other duties as required.

JOB TITLE: Truss Laborer - Swing Shift

JOB LOCATION: Willard, UT

FUNCTION: Construct roof and floor trusses for residential and commercial projects.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

• Visualize, define, plan, communicate, and implement the company vision and core values;
• Safely construct floor and roof trusses in accordance to customer expectations and company procedures;
• Successfully translate work orders and building instructions into a quality finished product;
• Accurately cut angles in wood for trusses;
• Hammer grussets/plates onto trusses;
• Run trusses into roller machine;
• Move and stack trusses;
• Operate equipment as trained and in accordance to designated safety standards;
• Maintain a clean working environment;
• Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook, etc.;
• Perform other duties as required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Physical Work Requirements - Heavy: exerting up to 50 lbs of force regularly.
• Repetitive impact motion associated with hammering and other such construction activities.
• Frequent bending, standing, lifting, and ongoing physical activity.
