Express Employment Professionals is hiring Truss Builders for a fast‑paced manufacturing facility in the Flathead Valley.

Position: Truss Builder

Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Flathead Valley

What You’ll Do

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks to build trusses, panels, stairs, windows, or doors
• Place parts in correct positions and fasten them using bolts, clips, screws, cement, or other methods
• Cut materials to precise measurements
• Remove defective products and maintain quality standards
• Operate machinery for force‑fitting and fastening
• Rotate between workstations based on production needs
• Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing product models
• Clean equipment, floors, and work areas following safety procedures

What You Bring
