Job summary

Tindell's, Inc. is hiring a Truss Builder for the day shift to assemble roof and floor trusses for new homes. You’ll follow engineering specs, work with a team, and contribute to on-time builds.

• Comfortable communicating with coworkers and supervisors (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Assemble trusses to provided specifications.
• Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule.
• Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded.
• Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number.
• Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working order.

What You’ll Build

As a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses - We will train!, you’ll help assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homes—built to spec from our Engineering team so builders can stay on schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• - Assemble trusses to provided specifications
• - Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule
• - Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded
• - Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number
• - Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working order
