PARR in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Truss Builder to fabricate roof and floor trusses in a warehouse setting. You will inspect materials, assemble lumber with nail plates, and work with the Sawyer and Truss Stacker to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to read a tape measure, and proficiency with framing hammer, electric saw, and pneumatic nail gun. You must have reliable transportation and capable footwear.

Pay: $19.15 - $23.28 The Truss Builder’s main responsibility is using hammer and nail plates to manufacture roof and floor trusses. Truss Builders are responsible for the quality and accuracy of the trusses they assemble and work closely with the Sawyer and the Truss Stacker to ensure quality product is being used and trusses are free of defects before they leave the yard to be delivered to customers. This position reports to the Ops Lead, Production Manager, Assistant Plant Manager, or Plant Manager. This position supports our mission of Legendary Service Through Teamwork by providing our customers with manufactured products free of defects and built out of properly graded wood and steel.
This position works in a warehouse in all weather conditions. Hours and schedule may change based on workload and season.
