Mead Lumber Company is seeking a Truss Assembler to work on a production line constructing roof, floor, and wall trusses. You will perform hands-on assembly following specifications, quality standards, and safety procedures, in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, reading a tape measure, and using tools such as nail guns, hammers, forklifts, and saws. Prior truss or framing experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and reliability.

The Truss Assembler works as part of a production team to construct roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels. This position performs hands-on assembly and fabrication of components on a production line while following specifications, quality standards, and established safety procedures.
Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
Lift heavy objects up to 75lbs or more, walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions. Bend, push, pull, twist and squat frequently. Use hammer and nail guns frequently during the shift, climb and descend from elevated tables frequently.
