Job summary

Texas Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Truss Assembler I to join our Texas yards. You will stock lumber and plates, assemble truss components, and band finished products under line leadership guidance.

Responsibilities include reading shop drawings, loading materials, monitoring workflow, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Prior carpentry experience is preferred, with strong attention to detail and attendance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Prior carpentry experience preferred.
• Ability to read shop drawings and follow assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lay out truss supplies and materials, stock plates, and assemble components as directed.
• Load and band finished materials on carts or pallets inside or outside.
• Receive incoming products and read shop drawings to identify sizes and patterns.
• Monitor production workflow and assist other areas as needed.
• Operate equipment necessary to the assembly process and maintain a safe environment.
• Adhere to attendance policy and keep bays and staging areas organized.
• Provide excellent customer service and monitor inventory as required.
