Job summary

Ridout Lumber and Meek's, divisions of US LBM Holdings, LLC, is seeking a Truss Assembler II to join our Arkansas/Missouri operations. You will assemble truss components, stock materials, and band finished products under supervision while maintaining safety and quality.

You will read shop drawings and operate related tools and equipment, collaborating with line leads and team members. You will help monitor workflow, train new associates, and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of truss assembly experience.
• Ability to read shop drawings and identify plate sizes.
• Ability to operate routers, saws, presses and staple guns.

Responsibilities

• Lay out truss supplies and stock plates for component setup.
• Assemble components under direction of line leaders.
• Load and band finished materials on carts/pallets.
• Receive incoming products and materials.
• Read shop drawings to identify sizes and bolt patterns.
• Monitor production workflow and assist other areas as needed.
• Operate all equipment necessary to the assembly process.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
