Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Truss Assembler for a construction manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, Minnesota. You will build roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels used in residential and commercial construction projects.

This hands-on role requires accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a 1st shift from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday–Thursday.

Qualifications

• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and tape measure measurements.
• Assemble roof trusses, floor trusses, and wall panels according to specifications.
• Maintain quality, safety, and production standards.
