Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Trumpf Laser Operator in Phoenix, AZ. Set up and operate flat bed laser and punch equipment to manufacture flat pattern sheet metal parts, reading blueprints and applying GD&T to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating flat bed laser equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Working knowledge of GD&T, tolerances, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate flat bed laser and punch equipment to manufacture flat pattern sheet metal parts.
• Process materials including aluminum, stainless steel, hot rolled steel, and cold rolled steel.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools to ensure specifications.
• Complete production paperwork, travelers, tagging, and part identification accurately.
• Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervision.
