Job summary

Pullsure in Spokane is seeking a Trucking Client Service Specialist (Pit Crew Chief) to be the go-to for trucking clients' auto liability, cargo, physical damage, and general liability policies. You'll own renewals, manage driver lists and mileage, and coordinate with carriers to keep loads moving.

This full-time role requires strong people skills, comfort with computers, attention to detail, and a calm demeanor under pressure. Licenses are preferred and license can be obtained after joining.

Responsibilities

• Add and remove drivers and trucks, and review driving records
• Help keep federal and state filings current with carriers and the FMCSA
• Pull loss runs and support clients through claims
• Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks

**Trucking Client Service Specialist.

Our nickname for it: Pit Crew Chief.**

Trucks move everything. We keep the people driving them covered.

We work with fleets and owner-operators who can't afford downtime. When a broker needs a certificate in 10 minutes or a new driver needs to be added before a load, you're the one who makes it happen.

Full-time, 40 hours a week.

What you'll actually do

• Be the go-to person for trucking clients' auto liability, cargo, physical damage, and general liability policies
• Own renewals: collect driver lists, unit schedules, and mileage, then work with carriers on options
• Send certificates of insurance to shippers, brokers, and lessors, fast
• Add and remove drivers and trucks, and review driving records
• Help keep federal and state filings current with carriers and the FMCSA
• Pull loss runs and support clients through claims
• Keep everything organized, so nothing slips through the cracks

Licensed? Great. Not yet? Also great.
A Property & Casualty license is preferred. If you don't have one yet, you can get licensed after you join.
