Blaine Brothers TruckAline is hiring Diesel and Frame Technicians at our Blaine, MN facility. We value detail orientation, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a path for career advancement. Your duties include servicing and repairing diesel trucks and trailers, diagnosing issues, repairing major assemblies, handling brake and suspension work, and ensuring DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with mechanical aptitude; prior experience preferred but training provided.
• Welding experience a plus for trailer technicians.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally and 10–50 lbs frequently.
• Excellent work ethic and reliability.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a safe, efficient environment.
• Honesty and respect.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine servicing and repair of diesel trucks or trailers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles, inspect parts for wear.
• Repair/replace major assemblies and systems including drive trains and hydraulics.
• Perform brake, suspension, electrical, and trailer body repairs.
• Ensure DOT safety compliance and document inspection findings.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and track parts used.
• Provide after-sale services such as component installation.

As we continue to grow and expand, we are hiring Diesel and Frame Technicians at Blaine Brothers TruckAline. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude (experience as a truck mechanic preferred), and has a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULES: Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 7am-4pm

Essential duties include:

• Performs routine servicing and repairing of diesel trucks or trailers.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble vehicles and examine parts for defects and excessive wear.
• Corrects vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing, adjusting, overhauling, assembling, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts, or systems, such as, power and drive trains, electrical, air conditioning, fuel, emission, brake, steering, hydraulics; completes machine shop operations; making adjustments and alignments including bearing loads, gear tooth contact, valve mechanisms, governors, oil systems, control linkages, clutches, and traction units.
• Perform repair and customization work as assigned including routine maintenance, brake replacement/repair, suspension repair, electrical and pneumatic and hydraulic component troubleshooting and repair, trailer body repair including complete trailer rebuild.
• Wheel end, frame repair, tag axels, suspension, brake along with general repairs
• Provide after-sale services, such as component installation
• Inspect the overall condition of Truck and Trailer to ensure that they meet U.S. Department of Transportation's safety requirements.
• Compile inspection reports detailing their findings
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Ensure the final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and co-workers

Requirements
