Job summary

Salem Carriers is seeking a truck washer/fueler to keep tractors and straight trucks clean and fueled. The role supports the shop team across duties from fueling to inspections and cleaning, contributing to our reputation for transportation excellence.

Responsibilities include fueling, washing, checking fluids, completing tickets, and safely shuttle vehicles as needed, while adhering to DOT/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year mechanic experience preferred.

• Complete fuel tickets.
• Comply with all safety, DOT, and OSHA guidelines.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations.
• Shuttle vehicles when necessary to/from customer locations to perform timely inspections, washing, etc.
• Ensure cleanliness of shop and surrounding areas.
• Perform other tasks as directed by service manager or immediate supervisor.
