Job summary

J&R Schugel Trucking, Inc. is seeking a Washbay Attendant to keep company trucks and trailers clean and presentable. You will operate automatic and manual wash equipment in the yard, support yard operations, and prioritize safety.

This is a part-time, Monday–Friday position. Duties include exterior and interior trailer cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining a tidy wash area with stocked supplies. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required; prior exterior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of exterior detailing experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive tractor-trailer combinations safely within the yard and washbay.
• Operate automatic wash equipment and power washers for exterior cleaning.
• Hand-clean exterior surfaces where automation cannot reach.
• Wash interior of trailers as directed.
• Remove debris and assist with moving loads on out-of-service trailers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards.
