Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services, Inc. seeks a yard technician to safely move and spot trailers, back them into bays, and wash units. You will fuel equipment and support fleet operations while maintaining cleanliness across the shop, wash bay, and fuel island.

Must have a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and CDL/Yard truck experience preferred. Certifications for forklift and yard truck are required or provided as part of training, with safety as a core value.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• CDL/Class A experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Forklift and yard truck certifications required/provided.

Responsibilities

• Safely move and spot semi-trailers using a yard truck.
• Back trailers into service bays and staging areas.
• Wash trailers (interior and exterior).
• Fuel equipment and assist with fleet support tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of shop, wash bay, and fuel island.
• Operate forklifts and company vehicles.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with additional shop support duties as needed.
