Seaboard Foods in Alden, IA is seeking a Truck Was Crew Leader to oversee daily truck wash operations and bio-dry facilities, ensuring sanitation, scheduling and procedures are followed.

You will create daily/weekly wash and bio-dry schedules, enforce procedures, train team members, inspect equipment, maintain logs, and safely operate the shag truck and skid steer as needed. This role requires a reliable, safety-minded leader willing to work in a production environment.

Formación

• Requires High School or GED and 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Substantial general work experience with relevant job-related experience to be fully competent.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) required.

Responsabilidades

• Create daily and weekly truck wash and bio-dry schedules.
• Enforce proper washing and bio-dry procedures.
• Submit facility and equipment maintenance items timely and contact appropriate personnel.
• Interact, assist, and train truck wash team members as needed.
• Conduct proper inspection on all equipment washed at the facility.
• Complete daily wash log, bio-dry log, and other truck wash reports.
• Operate shag truck and skid steer safely and perform daily inspections.
