Job summary

Iowaselect is seeking a Lead Operator for dryer operations and trailer parking at the Iowa Falls Wash Facility. This full-time position includes directing wash flow, inspecting trailers, and conducting biosecurity measures.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience in agriculture, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. On-site work is required, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Agricultural background and/or knowledge of Industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for dryer processing and trailer parking.
• Conduct quality audits via the Safety Culture app.
• Direct wash flow and tractor inspections.
