Seaboard Foods in Alden, IA is seeking a Truck Wash Crew Leader to oversee daily truck wash and bio-dry operations, ensuring sanitation, inspections, scheduling, and procedure compliance.

You will lead a team, enforce proper procedures, maintain logs, perform inspections, and coordinate maintenance while working in a safety-focused production environment. This role supports a Fortune 500 employer with strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School or GED; 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience.
• Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.
• Clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Create daily and weekly truck wash and bio-dry schedules to meet live haul, mortality reclaim, maintenance and production operation requirements.
• Enforce proper washing and bio-dry procedures are being followed by all team members in accordance with company guidelines.
• Submit facility and equipment maintenance items in a timely manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Interact, assist, and train truck wash team members as needed.
• Conduct proper inspection on all equipment washed at the facility.
• Complete daily wash log, bio-dry log, and other truck wash reports as directed by management.
• Operate shag truck and skid steer in a safe manner and ensure daily inspection prior to use.
