Dejana Truck & Utility Equipment in the United States is seeking a production assembler to perform upfit of trucks, fabricate, repair, maintain and install steel items. You will follow SOPs, read blueprints, and meet production schedules under the supervision of the Production Manager.

This role requires accuracy, teamwork, and basic welding or electrical aptitude; prior truck fitting experience is a plus; on-the-job training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a competitive

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; three years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Must maintain accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble basic equipment and products per SOPs and schedules.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and BOMs to guide assembly.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
• Identify defects and coordinate with supervisor for rework.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; maintain clean work area.
