• 2-5 years of installation and light automotive electrical experience.
• Experience using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, wrenches, and impact guns.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, manuals, and diagrams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install flatbeds, aftermarket truck parts and accessories including bumpers, hitches, tonneau covers, toolboxes, lighting systems, air bags, side steps, winches, racks.
• Read and follow installation instructions, work orders, and technical diagrams.
• Use hand and power tools to perform drilling, cutting, bolting, wiring, and assembly as required.
• Perform basic wiring for lighting, trailer connectors, power accessories, etc.
• Inspect vehicles before and after installation to ensure proper fitment and functionality.
• Document completed work and report issues or delays to supervisors.
