Clean Harbors is seeking a Forklift Operator in San Jose, CA to load, unload, and move barrels and materials across the facility. You will use an RF scanner and maintain inventory records in Excel/WMS, upholding strict safety standards.

Required is a high school diploma and 1+ year of forklift/warehouse experience with a valid driver's license; forklift certification is preferred. This role involves outdoor work with occasional overtime and a focus on efficiency and safety.

Clean Harbors is currently looking for a Forklift Operator to join their team, in San Jose CA.

As a Forklift Operator, you will perform hands on operations on loading and unloading trucks.This hands-on position plays a key role in moving equipment and materials quickly and safely between inbound and outbound docks, helping reduce and improve turnaround time.

Pay rate: $23 to $25/Hr (DOE)

Schedule: Friday - Monday (Ability to work on overtime if needed)

Available shift: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Physical Requirements

• Medium work: frequent lifting/carrying of up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, walking, bending, climbing, and use of hands and feet for vehicle operation

Driving Requirements

• Operate cars, small and large trucks with both automatic and manual transmissions within the yard
• Support movement of vehicles required for real-time dock scheduling
• Work Environment
• Less than 10% travel
• No supervisory responsibilities
• Position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions
