Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a Truck Mechanic for D shift at Springdale, LA. Garage responsibilities include preventative maintenance on trucks, diagnosing engine faults, and performing mechanical and electrical repairs. Candidates must read schematics, document work orders, and be willing to advance through certifications.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to perform service calls are required. Tooling and basic welding or cutting tasks may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 months of employment in the last 6 months with a single company.
• Ability to diagnose and repair truck engines and systems using diagnostic programs.
• Must be able to safely read manuals, instructions and schematics.
