Job description

The Opportunity:
As a Truck Technician with Roehl Transport, you will help support our fleet of over 2,000 trucks! We have late model equipment. We take pride in the safety and reliability of our vehicles and are looking for a Truck Technician to do the same!

The Fit:

• Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to appropriate specifications (company standards, DOT, OEM, etc.)
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
• Complete required documentation associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times on our tablets which updates our Maintenance Management System.

The Experience:
This opportunity is open to both experienced technicians and those just starting out in this career. We are looking for someone with:

• Mechanical aptitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing job demands.

The Wage:
There is a starting wage of $25.00 - $35.00 based on experience. You are also eligible to receive our compensation bonus, medical, dental, 401k, profit sharing, and Paid Time Off!

The Schedule:
This schedule is 1^st and 2^nd shift working 8 days on 6 days off or 4 days on 3 days off.

• We offer a weekend shift differential of $3.00, as well as a 2^nd shift differential of an additional $3.00.
