The Truck Team Member at Chick-fil-A | S. Clearview plays a vital role in keeping our restaurant running efficiently by receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries according to Chick-fil-A food safety and inventory standards.

Once truck responsibilities are complete, Team Members transition into kitchen operations, working in a station to support breakfast and lunch, assist fellow Team Members, and help maintain fast, friendly service in a busy, team-oriented environment.

• Receive, unload, and organize daily truck deliveries.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and inspect product quality.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Stock and organize storage areas, coolers, and freezers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe back-of-house environment.
• Transition into kitchen operations after truck work is done.
• Support breakfast and lunch operations by preparing food and stocking stations.
• Assist team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Follow all Chick-fil-A food safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Communicate inventory shortages, damaged products, or needs to leaders.
• Perform additional tasks to support restaurant success.

Responsibility:

• Receive, unload, and organize daily truck deliveries.
