Job summary

DIHO Consulting USA, LLC seeks a dependable Tarp Installer / Service Technician to install, service and repair tarp systems on commercial trucks and trailers. This hands-on role requires comfort with tools, electrical and hydraulic systems, and working outdoors or in a shop.

You will perform installations and repairs, measure and fabricate components, operate ladders and lifts, and maintain safety and quality during every job.

Qualifications

• Experience with tarp systems on commercial trucks preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations.
• Strong safety and quality mindset.
• Comfort working with hand and power tools and with basic welding/fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Install tarp systems on commercial trucks and trailers.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on tarp systems.
• Install and service electric and hydraulic tarp components.
• Measure, cut, drill, bolt, and assemble components during installations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, drills, grinders, and installation equipment.
• Perform basic welding or fabrication when required.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Replace motors, switches, wiring, hydraulic components, arms, tarps, and related hardware.
• Follow installation specifications and work instructions.
• Inspect completed work to ensure proper operation and quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Safely operate ladders, lifts, and other equipment as needed.
• Work at heights of approximately 12–14 feet when completing installations or repairs.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding repairs, parts, and job status.
• Perform additional installation and service duties as assigned.
