Job summary

Huck's Market Store #305 in Beaver Dam, KY seeks a Truck Stop Maintenance Associate to maintain cleanliness, safety and functionality of fuel islands, restrooms, parking areas and common facilities. The role supports customer experience and upholds Huck’s service standards.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, equipment inspections, cleaning, safety audits and interaction with customers. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance, custodial, or similar experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Self-motivated and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on truck stop facilities including fueling stations, restrooms, and common areas.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, lighting, HVAC, laundry, shower and restroom equipment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, showers and other facilities; manage trash and restock supplies.
• Ensure parking areas are safe, clean and well marked; monitor exterior areas.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and notify management of major issues.
• Conduct safety checks and report concerns to store management.
