McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a Truck Service Technician in Sterling, VA. The role involves performing essential tire services in-shop and on the road to keep customers safe and moving, with opportunities for growth within a high-performance team.

You will mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for commercial and heavy-duty equipment, while delivering on-site and roadside service with professionalism. A valid driver's license and a strong customer-first mindset are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Hands-on experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire mounting/dismounting.
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
