The role emphasizes strong customer service, suggestive selling, and maintaining safety for customers and team members. The ideal candidate has cash handling experience, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in repair or parts shop is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare quotes and communicate with customers.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end-of-shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Maintain safety of customers and team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and drive suggestive selling to improve revenue.
