Marvin in Fargo, ND is seeking a Truck Scheduler to plan truck schedules and delivery routes, coordinating with production, dispatch, and purchasing to support on-time delivery.

This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm at our Fargo location. The position emphasizes organization, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan truck schedules and delivery routes to support delivery metrics and operations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Dispatch to arrange product pickups within scheduled routes.
• Communicate scheduling and shipping information to production teams and management.
• Plan export container shipments with external contacts.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure on-time delivery and manage multiple priorities.

Job Overview

Are you a scheduling expert with a passion for keeping deliveries on track? Marvin is hiring a Truck Scheduler to join our distribution center team. In this role, you’ll plan truck schedules and delivery routes, communicate scheduling information across teams, and help ensure on-time product delivery. Strong organization, communication, and problemsolving skills are key to success in this role. You’ll excel if you bring a collaborative mindset, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, at our Fargo,ND location

• Work Monday-Friday: 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Pay starts at $21.50/hr

Highlights of your role

• Plan incoming customer orders, determine weekly truck schedules, and preparedelivery routes to support delivery metrics and business operations.
• Plan export container shipments in coordination with external contacts.
• Communicate scheduling and shipping information to production teams.
• Communicate production schedules with management to support on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Dispatch to arrange product pick‑up withinscheduled routes.
• Plan and communicate test orders for project releases, provide support to otherteam members as needed, and manage re-checks and field service orders

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Also want to make sure you have

• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and communicate effectively across departments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
