Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Material Handler to support movement of materials in our Warroad, MN facility. You will contribute to timely delivery of high-quality products by performing hands-on loading and unloading, inspecting materials, and ensuring safety in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

You'll use scanners and inventory software to track shipments, interpret customer orders and labels, and collaborate with a team to maintain accurate stock and efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Warehouse or shipping experience required.
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit,climate‑controlledfacility designed with employeewell‑being in mind.

Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits starting on the first day of employment, paid time off, and a built‑inpay raise after six months.Please note that housing is not provided.

Highlights of your role

• Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care. No forkliftsrequired!
• Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments.
• Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
• Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.

Schedule:Monday – ThursdayDays: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Evenings: 3:30p.m. - 1:30a.m.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

• Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift
• Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms
• Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs

Also want to make sure you have

• Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment
• Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
