Job summary

Marvin is seeking a dedicated team member to work on the night shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11:00pm–7:00am) ensuring trucks are loaded completely and on time. Pay starts at $21.00–$23.00 per hour, with a $2.00 premium for the 3rd shift and OT as needed.

You will operate a forklift, scan products, and maintain accurate shipping records. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency, with benefits including health insurance, holidays, parental leave, a 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.

Job Overview

This position is responsible for working with co-workers to meet and exceed company goals. This position is responsible for communicating effectively to ensure that trucks are shipped complete and on time.

Your schedule and Pay

• Work Sunday-Thursday: 11:00pm-7:00am, OT as required
• Pay starts at $21.00-$23.00/hour. 3rd shift is eligible for a $2.00/hour premium.

Overtime may be required during business season.
