Job summary

Ruan Transportation Management Systems in Des Moines, IA is seeking an onsite sales professional to sell used Class 8 semi-tractors and trailers to existing customers and new prospects.

This Monday–Friday role features standard business hours with base salary plus uncapped commission. You will build relationships, identify needs, prepare accurate paperwork, coordinate service work, and help create marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Sell used class 8 semi-tractors and trailers by interacting with existing customers and developing new relationships.
• Communicate with customers to find out their needs.
• Follow established procedures to provide business manager with accurate sales paperwork in a timely manner.
• Coordinate service work or necessary repairs with sales manager.
• Create marketing materials.
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
