Job summary

Csm Companies Group in Canton, OH is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the truck sales operation, maintain high customer satisfaction, and coordinate all branch departments to achieve sales and profit goals.

You will hire and train a new/used sales team, market trucks across the assigned territory, review performance, set forecasts with the Executive team, and build relationships with PACCAR and vendors to ensure profitable deals.

Qualifications

• Two or four year technical degree preferred with 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Minimum 10 years in heavy‑duty transportation industry
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the Branch location and customer satisfaction
• Establishes and meets new and used truck sales and profit targets
• Fosters effective and timely communication between all Branch departments
• Hires and trains sales staff to meet Branch sales and profit goals
• Markets trucks aggressively in the Branch’s assigned territory
