Responsibilities

• Respond to customer parts or information requests quickly.
• Develop business relationships with all customers.
• Develop game plan for prospecting a designated territory.
• Communicate internally with parts department and externally with customers.
• Monitor the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival.
• Assist other Parts Department employees with above tasks as necessary.
• Organization and maintenance of the customer accounts, including pricing and application materials.
